Ares knew that anytime now, he would be punished for what he had done earlier, the god of war did not care though, he knew exactly what would happen way before he even tried it. The reason he did it was due to the fact that in the old days, all the gods punished those who trespassed into their temples on Olympus, and so Ares just stuck to the old ways as that was a time when the gods were highly respected.

Now, just because they want their children to be the ones who fight in their wake, they've decided to throw all that respect out the window, well Ares does not want any part of a world like that and would rather watch these pathetic gods lose to Hades and just when Hades least expects it, who knows, maybe Ares will strike but then again maybe he won't as he'll keep to himself, but there will be one thing Ares will do and that's protect Aphrodite with his life.

However, right now was so not the time to talk about that type of thing as Ares had a date with his beloved Goddess of love and so he appeared before the door to her room, the clothing that he wore was his the armor of war and strapped to his back were his twin katana as he never went anywhere without them since they were his prized possessions. Ares lifted his right hand and with a few flicks of his wrist, he knocked on her door, but as he touched the surface of the door, the door opened to reveal her beauty and as soon as he saw her, he leaned against the door way and said "My, how I have missed you, my love."
